This is a multi-disciplinary role. You will be responsible for turning strategy into high-performance assets.
🔥 Understanding Client’s Design Briefs: Assist in conceptualising, developing and refining design solutions according to design briefs.
🚀 Design for Action: Create compelling Ad Graphics & Landing Page mock-ups from scratch that stop the scroll and get the click.
🛠️ Uploading of Content : Uploading content written by the content team and ensure sharp, consistent, and professional brand identity across client’s landing pages and websites.
Is This You?
As a Web Designer, you’ll be on the front lines, making our 10x goal a reality. Your core responsibilities will be:
✅ Tool Fluent: 1+ year of hands-on experience. You are a master of Elementor, WordPress, any popular landing page builders (such as GoHighLevel) and the Adobe Suite.
✅Working Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Ability to write and edit basic HTML/CSS code.
✅ Strong verbal and written command of English.
✅ Design Sense: You have a strong eye for layout, typography, and color. You understand how to balance aesthetics with usability and brand consistency.
✅ Web Savvy: You are fluent in the Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs) and have a solid foundation in HTML & Web Development.
✅Quick Turnaround Time: You have worked in a face-paced agency before and you get that speed is key. You do your work quickly without being micromanaged.
✅ A-Player Habits: You are a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment. You use AI and LLMs to seek a potential solution first before asking for help from your mentor. You seek feedback to make your next project better than your last.
