4. Staff based in countries outside of Singapore:

The terms of the Contractor Contract are as follows: 

1. You’ll be engaged as a full-time self-employed contractor (Freelancer or other similar abbreviations) and not an employee.
2. You agree not to offer services that are in conflict of interest
3. You also work exclusively for the company during the agreed working hours
4. You agree that you are aware that you will not receive any employee insurance as the contract signed between you and the company is not an employment contract.
5. You agree that the company is not responsible for paying your personal taxes

5. Data Sharing and Cross-Border Transfers:

The Company may disclose your personal data to third parties for the specified purposes, including service providers located outside Singapore. Cross-border transfers will be conducted with appropriate safeguards to ensure data protection rights remain unaffected.

6. Data Retention:

The retention periods for different types of personal data will be clearly communicated, detailing how long the Company intends to retain the data and the criteria used for determining these periods.
