About The Role
Most agencies bolted AI on as a side tool and kept the same org chart. We changed the org chart.
A traditional agency gives one account manager 6 to 8 clients, then hires another AM when the book grows. We think that model is finished. We have built the workflows, prompts and automations that take repetitive execution off a person's desk, and we are hiring the operator who runs 20 to 25 accounts on top of that system.
You are the strategic brain and the quality gate. AI produces the volume. You decide what is good enough to reach a client, and you are the person the client actually talks to.
If you have been quietly using ChatGPT or Claude to outwork the people sitting next to you, and wondering when someone would build a job around that, this is it.
Three things before you read further
All three are hard gates, and they come up in the first fifteen minutes.
One. You have personally run live campaigns with real client money. Held the login, made the changes, carried the number. If you have supported someone who did that, this is not your role yet.
Two. You have actually used agentic AI, not just chat AI. There is a line between typing into ChatGPT and running a tool that goes off and does the work for you. You need to already be on the far side of it. That means you have installed and used at least one agentic tool, Claude Code, Cursor, Composer or a genuine equivalent, and produced something real with it.
You do not need to be good at it yet. You need to have started. We are not going to spend your first month teaching you how to install Claude Code.
Three. Curiosity is baked in. Nobody is going to spoon-feed you. You teach yourself the tool. You read the docs, you install it, you send a loom. If we have to baby you through Cursor or a new workflow, this is not your role. We will point you at the system. We will not sit next to you and click Install.
What You'll Do
- ✓Own a portfolio of 20 to 25 client accounts. Own means the client calls you, not someone above you.
- ✓Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end. You are inside the accounts, not briefing somebody else who is.
- ✓Use AI to produce the volume. Ad copy, blog content, email campaigns, social posts, creative briefs, at a pace that is not reachable by hand.
- ✓QA every single thing AI produces before a client sees it. This is the actual job. AI has no taste and no shame. You supply both.
- ✓Turn the monthly numbers into something a business owner can act on. Using AI-assisted analysis to get there faster.
- ✓Take the client calls. Present the strategy. Handle the bad month as directly as the good one.
- ✓Build and refine the prompts and workflows. So quality holds across 25 accounts instead of 2. Every fix you make once should hold for everyone.
- ✓Spot the upsell. You are the one who can see what the campaign data is asking for.
- ✓Keep your clients. Retention is the number you live and die on.
What We're Looking For
- ✓2 to 4 years in digital marketing, agency side preferred.
- ✓You have personally held the login on live Meta and Google Ads accounts, and you can tell us the monthly spend and the cost per lead before and after you touched it.
- ✓Hands-on with at least three of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo or similar email marketing, content marketing.
- ✓You already use AI daily and can show what came out of it, not what you read about it.
- ✓Hands-on time with at least one agentic AI tool. Claude Code, Cursor, Composer, or an agent you have actually built and run in n8n, Make or similar. Not a demo you watched. Beginner level is fine, zero is not.
- ✓Curiosity is baked in. You install the tool, read the docs, and send a loom. You do not wait for someone to baby you through Claude Code, Cursor, or a new ads feature.
- ✓You can explain a strategy to a business owner without hiding behind jargon, and you do not go quiet when a month goes badly.
- ✓You can hold twenty plates without dropping one, and you know which systems keep you honest.
- ✓Data-literate. You read a dashboard, see the trend, and say what to do about it.
- ✓Based in Singapore. Your clients are here, and some of the time you will be sitting in front of them.
What You Don't Need
- ✗A computer science degree.
- ✗Any interest in building or fine-tuning AI models.
- ✗To be a software engineer. You will not be shipping production code, and nobody is going to ask you to.
- ✗To be good at Claude Code or Cursor yet. We will take you from beginner to dangerous. We will not take you from zero.
- ✗Someone to spoon-feed you new tools. We will give you the system and a budget. We will not sit on a call and click Install.
What you do need: to be exceptionally good at getting real marketing work out of AI, to have already got your hands on the agentic tools, and to teach yourself the next one without being babied. That is the whole bet.
Why This Role Exists
A traditional account manager spends most of the week on execution. Writing, formatting, pulling data, building decks. That is now largely machine work.
What is left is the part that was always the actual job: judgment, client trust, and knowing what to do next. So this role carries a bigger book, earns commission on a bigger book, and spends its time on strategy and clients instead of copy and paste.
We will not pretend the trade is free. Twenty-plus accounts is a serious load and it only works if you use the system instead of fighting it. So you ramp into it: roughly 8 accounts in month one, 15 by month two, the full book by month three. There are review points at month three and month six against client retention and net revenue retention, and you will know those numbers from your first week.
What You Get
- ✓S$4,500 to S$5,000 a month base, set on what you can actually do, not years served.
- ✓5% commission on every renewal, upsell and cross-sell across your portfolio, the same scheme our account managers are on. On a full book that is realistically another S$1,500 to S$2,500 a month, so S$6,000 to S$7,500 all in. Paid the month after we are paid, and clawed back if we refund the client.
- ✓Performance bonuses. Our team has earned between 3 and 12 months of salary in bonuses.
- ✓80% remote. The other 20% is in person in Singapore, with your clients.
- ✓14 days paid time off, monthly team bonding, annual company trips and paid retreats.
- ✓A premium training library and a real budget for AI tools. You will not be expensing your own subscriptions.
- ✓A direct line to the founder. No middle layer, no politics, no three-week wait for a decision.
How The Hiring Process Works
We do not ghost people. Here is the whole thing.
- 1The application formRight here on this page. 15 to 25 minutes, and it asks for your CV. We read every one and we check what you write.
- 2We read it, and if it stands up we send you a linkThat link is a 15-minute AI screening interview. A voice conversation you take whenever suits you, including 11pm on a Sunday, so there is nothing to schedule. Have your campaign numbers handy, and a real example of a tool you taught yourself. It will ask for both.
- 3A 45-minute call with JimFounder. No panel, no HR round.
- 4We agree the next step on that callAnd you hear back either way within 5 working days. We do not ghost people.
Yes, an AI screening interview is unusual. We run AI in this business every day, so it would be strange to hire for it and not use it. Talk to it the way you would talk to a person. It is not scoring your accent.
